Refund policy
Half Hill Farm accepts returns or exchanges of products due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. We only ship to and accept returns and exchanges from United States addresses. We also accept exchanges. Product must have safety seal intact for exchanges. Product refund or exchange will be processed once your return is received intact. Please read product ingredients, and make sure you can take the product and its ingredients before purchasing.
To get started, call 615-469-7778 to let us know to expect and process your return or exchange. Product that is returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded when received intact.
