Lion's Mane Mushroom Dual Extract Suggested Use: Half Hill Farm's Lion's Mane Mushroom Dual Extract comes in two size: 100 ml (3.38 oz. - ten servings) and 200 ml (6.76 oz. 20 servings). A serving size is 2 teaspoons. Use in tea, coffee or infuse into baked goods, candy or other food products to add Lion's Mane mushrooms to your diet. Lion's Mane has a slightly bitter, earthy flavor that dilutes with full servings of food and drink.

Liquid Lion's Mane mushroom dual extract vs powdered Lion's Mane mushroom capsules:  Powder mushroom capsules available in the U.S. are usually the mycelium of the mushroom grown on grain (usually a rice substrate) and ground into a capsule. What is the serving size, and do I take it all at once? How frequently?

Our serving size is two teaspoons per day as indicated on the label. You can take them together or separate, but we advise together to ensure the full serving.

How many servings is in your dual mushroom extract?

Our 100ml (3.38oz) bottle has 10 two teaspoon servings. Our 200ml (6.76oz) bottle has 20 two teaspoon servings.

Do you use the fully mature mushroom, or do you use mycelium?

Will heat affect my mushroom dual extract if it's in a mailbox or I put in hot coffee?

No, heat will not change the quality of your extract. It is shelf-stable at room temperature and does not need to be refrigerated. Yes, you can absolutely put our mushroom dual extracts in hot coffee, tea, soup, or broth!

Can I mix this with other mushroom extracts?

Yes! We make a Five Mushroom blend that is an equal blend of Turkey Tail, Chaga, Red Reishi, Lion's Mane, and Cordyceps. You can mix any one of our mushroom dual extracts together.

Can I give this to my dog?

Absolutely! From 10 years of experience, we suggest warming 2-4 ounce of bone broth, adding a serving of mushroom dual extract as it cools, and giving it to them before their meal.

Can I take more than one serving of mushroom dual extract?
